Philosophy Wire by Spiros Kakos [2011-05-29]: Greece is at the brink of destruction. Politicians are too small. People are confused. The “eternal” problem of Greece has come to light in its most frightening version: no one has the same opinion with the other! Not politicians, not ordinary people, not the unemployed youngsters, not the infamous “frustrated” people demonstrating at the main squares of the country have any “solution” accepted from more than one person... If philosophy “wants” the plurality of opinions, borrowers just want their money. And by having every one shouting his/her own different opinion, no money is generated…
