Philosophy Wire: Pollen. Synchronization. Eternal chaos…

Researchers used tree pollen data for 120 sites across Japan to observe pollen synchronicity at regional and national levels. Greater synchronicity was found among eastern regions than western regions. There was intermittent synchronization nationwide, with yearly changes such as perfect synchronization (2009-2010), perfect desynchronization (2015-2016), and mixed states. These findings can be used to improve prediction accuracy of pollen forecasting in Japan. [1] But Nature is One. The cosmos is One. There is no synchronization or desynchronization. Even at the heart of the greatest destruction, Nature is always in motion and always in sync! In the rage of fire, under the fury of the ocean, the cosmos dances with you. Flow with it. But also guide it. This synchronization is subtle and fragile. Watch it and it will diminish, like a soap bubble on the first touch of a child. Dance! And at the end you will see nothing. And at the end you will feel everything!

Philosophy Wire: Affecting the cosmos…

Scientists try to determine when humans started impacting the planet on a large scale. [1] But everything affects the cosmos. Look at that caterpillar. It is moving on Earth. Or one could say… that it makes the whole Earth move underneath its feet. One step at a time… One look in a mirror… One stone thrown in the quiet lake… The cosmos is not as big as we think it is…

Philosophy Wire: Spacetime. Nothingness.

Philosophy Wire by Spiros Kakos [2016-09-11]: A new research tries to reconcile special relativity with quantum mechanics by introducing the possibility that physics at a certain point in space-time can be affected by what happens not only in proximity to that point but also at regions very far from it. [1] A world of unity. Where a small butterfly in Earth affects a planet at the corners of the universe. We live in such a world. We tried to break this world into pieces. And we failed miserably. Now we try to bring the pieces together. And we fail again. No, it is not that the butterfly affects that planet. It is that there is no butterfly. There is no planet. All there is is us… Alone. In nothingness…

Philosophy Wire: Temperature. Highest temperature. Temperatureless..

Philosophy Wire by Spiros Kakos [2014-12-29]: The greatest temperature that can exist seems to be 1.42 x 1032 Kelvin (K)—according to the Standard Model of particle physics. In the first moments after the Big Bang, expansion occurred so rapidly that no particles could interact; the universe was essentially temperatureless. In the tiny slivers of a second that followed, Alexander says, ripples of spacetime may have begun to vibrate with matter and forced that matter into thermal equilibrium. since.[1]

Molecules.
Interaction.
We once were in "no interaction". Temperatureless.
Now we all have temperatures.
Now we all interact.
So as to reach an equilibrium.
So an not to interact...

Philosophy Wire: Bees, flower, cosmic sympathy...

MODEL_FLOWERPhilosophy Wire by Spiros Kakos [2013-02-25]: Bees are attracted to flowers though their electrical charge. [1, 2, 3] Fields of any kind seem to penetrate through the fabric of the cosmos. It seems we are all somehow interconnected. The wind, the flowers, the earth, the bees...

We all take part in a dance of cosmic proportions. A truth we once knew (see Cosmic Sympathy, Posidonius & Plotinus) and have now just started to re-discover...
