The human brain needs to suppress obvious ideas in order to reach the most creative ones, according to scientists at Queen Mary University of London and Goldsmiths, University of London. [1] Suppress ideas in order to get ideas. Because you have an idea that you need a different idea this time. Because you know that what you can know is more than the things you currently know you know. But how can you know that? How can you force yourself into thinking something else if you have not already thought about it? How can you know there is a different path if you have not seen the path before? Do you believe you are just lucky you found that path? Or that you create it where no path was before? Look into the wild forest. You can find no paths. And millions of paths at the same time. The only way outside the abyss is the abyss itself. Look at the dying flower. Roll the dice. Tell me. Can you hit seven?
