BBC News]. However the same scientists admit that "There's now incontrovertible evidence that the brain continues to develop throughout adolescence”. How can you say when a specific area is “developed” in a brain which continually changes? How can you speak of “Me” in a constantly changing brain? Are we only matter or something else as well?
