Philosophy Wire: The tablet PC of $50 and the (non) limit of “margin”…

610xPhilosophy Wire by Spiros Kakos [2011-10-07]: India revealed a tablet PC which costs $50 Euro for students [source: web news]. If such a tablet costs that much, then why do other companies provide similar tablets with a cost which is hundreds of times higher than 26 Euro? The modern economic system has shown that greed has no limits or boundaries. If a margin of 10% is attractive, it will not take you much time to go to a margin of 15% which certainly looks more attractive… But wait a minute… Why not go to a margin of 20% which is MUCH BETTER? But wait a minute… Why not…
