Philosophy Wire: The supercomputer, revolutions and… blindness

Unfortunately the problem is not that revolutions are unpredictable (and even if they were, why would you like to predict them? in order to suppress them? who really ordered that technology?). The problem is that revolutions are totally predictable and it is our fault that we do not want to see what is in front of our eyes. When a people is under oppression and starving, how many… supercomputers do you need to know that something is coming?
