The fact that the articles which mention this "danger" do not mention at all on the total concentration on which this rate is estimated, nor the variation of ozone concentration during the recent years simply states the obvious: the destruction of the environment is "given" and whoever challenges that "truth" should stay in silence. A "40%" should suffice to all "logic" people...
