Philosophy Wire: Quantum computers, the solution to philosophy?


Philosophy Wire by Spiros Kakos [2011-03-24]: A team announced at the American Physical Society the first quantum computer with 9 qubits (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-12811199). Quantum computers use the (unbelievable with the common "logic") ability of particles to "be" and "not be" in a specific state at the same time (!)... I wonder how many problems of philosophy, as the "God exists?" or "God does not exist?" problem, will eventually be instantly solved if we accept what we see in the quantu world as the "truth"... Maybe the "it is true" and the "it is not true" can be true at the same time...
