And a body can not live without heart, without a common vision, with no harmony ... A set cannot be based only on money and on a common monetary policy. There are more vital things in life and EU has terrible performance as far as these are concerned... U.S. is a superpower because of the faith its people have in the whole and not due to the small deficit. But Europeans prefer to play with numbers that to look at things that really matter...
