Get a telescope and search for even younger galaxies. Is that science?

[source: web news] Our obsession to discover the younger galaxy is satisfied again…but for how long? In two months we will start the quest for our new..trophy. That is the nature of mainstream science is today. No new theories, no great advances in our understanding of things (for the understanding of humans, who are believed to be a special case of…things). Just a continuous mission to find the furthest, the closest, the bigger, the smaller, the youngest. What a pity…
