US Congress did not pass over a bill to recognize the genocide of Armenians by the Turks, since the president of the Congress did not bring the bill for vote after pressures from the White House and the State Department (source: newpaper article). Maybe after all, what we decide to see and realize is what actually "exists"... Maybe the great philosopher Berkeley was right when he said that a falling tree in a universe void of any consciousness to notice it, does not make any sound at all...
