Through Teeb (The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity), these countries will know how much the "services" mother nature offers actually cost and what they will lose if their ecosystems are destroyed. The Head of Teeb (from... Deutsche Bank) said that if we do not know the value of something (meaning the economic value, what other "value" could someone mean today anyway?) we cannot appreciate it. But wait a minute... Isn't money what started all this catastrophy in the first place?
